What did you learn I Learnt more about scratch and learning even more every day

What did you enjoy Making my people with polyline then putting it into my scratch

What was challenging when it was lagging since we all work on the same account

What was easy probably making my background since it wasn't lagging then

What will you do next time Work more faster and add more to it and maybe if i feel confident i could add people talking so whoever sees this wouldnt have to read it

What did you learn? scams and phishing, not the fishing for fish another thing were you can get scammed!?!

What was challenging? making the stamp because when i made the leaves on the tree it always looked weird.

We were learning about coding.
I found it easy to do the background.
I found it hard to do the coding because i'm not that good at scratch but at least i still got it  finished.

We were researching about birthday treats and customs around the world...and also we writ about the similarities to NZ and differences to NZ. and then we went to a web site were we could make invitations for people.

We were learning about being a kiwi

I found it easy to draw my kiwi

I found it hard to draw my kiwis eyes

I really enjoyed reading the book and learning about people who did not know about NZ and lived somewhere else but then they moved to NZ

Next time I need to add more animals and creativity in to my Being a Kiwi slide

Angles

We were learning about angles and geometry, it was kind of easy.

I found it easy to do my angles and complete my photo without people getting in the way of my picture.

I found it hard to balance while i was taking my picture because i am not that good at balancing!

I really enjoyed doing the 1st slide which was counting the angles to the degrees and adding my angles on my body parts.

Next time I need to work faster and quietly.

Ngaire's Creative Writing

We were learning about how to use poly-line and zoom in

I found it easy to do the pumpkin because all you needed to do was make the face and and a black circle 

I found it hard to draw the slide and the witch because when i was doing the witch it had a lot of detail that i had to add

I really enjoyed being creative with the Halloween theme and all the other things

I found it easy to make my mouth and teeth because all you needed to do was make a white line and then go over your mouth

We were learning about 2D shapes and a shape called a dodecahedron
I found it easy to do the second to last slide which was 12 about matching the prefix to the number
I found it hard to do the "How many vertices do these shapes have?" which was slide 11

We were learning about how funny our dads or others are.
I found it easy to Decorate the background.
I found it hard to think of things about my dad.
I really enjoyed being creative and design my background.

My Geometry.

We were learning about Geometry shapes which is 2D and 3D.
I found it easy to do the 2D shapes.
I found it hard to do some of the 3D shapes, cause you can't see the back only the front of the shape.

Diary Entry - July 6th 1718

Voyaging to Tairawhiti 

Waka
301 years ago I was on a waka sailing to New Zealand with some of my family It took so long, I got sea sick a lot, and all we had to eat was meat,coconuts and vegetables! We had to eat all that for a whole month! We couldn’t even sleep! 1 because all the noise 2 because the water was too rough 3 because everyone had to do jobs. But not me I got to rest. but sometimes I helped them do the sailing. Whenever it rained we had to squeeze in the hut unless there was another place to keep dry. but other then that it was pretty fun! Except everyone getting sea sick!  We had to stay in the same clothes for one whole month. Luckily I had my cousins with me or else it would be pretty boring. I looked up a dash of lighting struck ahhhh! After a boring rainy day it was sunny once again a month later we found land and started building us a place what's that another waka

Should chlidren wear school uniforms?

I definitely agree… that kids should wear uniforms because Firstly: The public know what school we are at if we get hurt and when we do some sports events they know what team we are in and it repositions our school so if we did something good people can say “awapuni is the best school” but if we wore mufti people will say “that school is a great school” because they wouldn't know what school we are at. Secondly: And we have a privilege day so we can wear mufti for our privilege if we be good and get ten stars and people sometimes wear inappropriate stuff like crop tops,shorty shorts,high heels and boys wear like ripped up jeans,boats,singlets just to try and impress people! Finally: uniforms are more tider and kids get bullied for what they wear and you might have to mess up your draws when your trying to find something and you might have a little bit of pants and you wore all your pants on sunny days because you like pants and if it rained you won’t have any pants to wear Well I hope all my writing convince you to wear uniforms more than mufti
